Your Role as a Charge Nurse:

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Administer medications treatments and monitor residents conditions.
• Communicate with physicians healthcare team members residents and families to ensure continuity of care.
  Accurately document care and resident status in the medical record.
• Supervise nurse aides and medication aides ensuring procedures and resident rights are upheld.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living when needed.
• Promote a safe clean calm and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Follow infection control safety andHIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in in-service programs educational opportunities and team meetings.

Promote dignity comfort and well-being.

What Were Looking For:

• Current LPN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• CurrentCPR certification.
• One year of experience in healthcare long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills.
• Compassion professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
• Physical ability to perform nursing duties including assisting and transferring residents as needed.
• Commitment to resident dignity safety and well-being.
