Pay Rate: $2400 To $2640/Week

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Varied shifts 4x10-hour shifts

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week contract assignment at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff Nebraska. This quick-start opportunity is ideal for an OR nurse with strong Orthopedic and Neuro (Level I or Level II) surgical experience. The role requires flexibility for on-call responsibilities and the ability to deliver high-quality perioperative patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients before during and after surgical procedures.

  • Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical cases including Orthopedic and Neuro surgeries.

  • Monitor patient safety and maintain sterile technique throughout procedures.

  • Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR.

  • Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Participate in weekday weekend and holiday on-call rotations as required.

Requirements

  • Active Nebraska RN License required.

  • Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience.

  • Orthopedic OR experience required.

  • Neuro OR (Level I or Level II) experience required.

  • BLS/BCLS Certification required.

  • ACLS Certification required.

  • Experience with circulating and/or scrubbing in the Operating Room preferred.

  • Must be able to meet facility performance expectations throughout the assignment.
