Job Summary
Position: Lead Full stack Java Consultant
Location: Hoboken NJ
Onsite
- Technical Leadership: Guide the development team in architectural discussions design and code reviews ensuring best practices for performance scalability and security.
- Full-Stack Development: Design and implement robust Java-based backend services (Microservices REST APIs) and interactive frontend components (React).
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship to junior developers driving engineering excellence and technical growth within the team.
- System Design: Contribute to architectural decisions including Kafka/RabbitMQ message systems and cloud technologies.
- SDLC Management: Oversee the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from design to DevOps implementation including Jenkins/Docker/Kubernetes.
- Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers stakeholders and offshore teams to meet project goals.
- Backend: Strong expertise in Java (Java 8/11/17) Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks ( Angular) and web technologies (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Database: Experience with SQL/RDBMS (Oracle PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- DevOps & Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins Git) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
