The Implementation team is seeking aSenior Implementation Project Manager with strong Facilities Management domain expertiseto lead customers through successful deployments of the ServiceChannel platform. This role owns the full implementation lifecycle for new and existing customers and ensures the solution reflects realworld facilities maintenance and vendormanagement workflows.

You will work closely with facilities operations and procurement stakeholders to translate complex business processes into scalable platform configurations. This position requires someone comfortable operating in a fastpaced environment balancing technical depth with clear confident clientfacing communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as afunctional and domain experton ServiceChannel with a strong understanding of facilities management maintenance operations and multisite service delivery
• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand facilities workflows service models vendor structures and operational constraints
• Translate facilities and maintenance requirements into detailed project plans aligned with scope budget and delivery timelines
• Guide customers through configuration training testing and golive with a strong focus on realworld operational adoption
• Communicate technical and functional concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders including facilities and operations leaders
• Build strong working relationships with crossfunctional teams (Customer Success Product Engineering Global teams) and provide delivery leadership
• Deliver endtoend client support including configuration recommendations platform training and integration support
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues related to facilities workflows vendors and service execution
• Manage customer and internal resources to meet milestones and ensure predictable highquality delivery
• Participate in crossfunctional initiatives to advocate for facilitiesdriven customer needs and continuously improve the client experience
• Mentor junior project managers on implementation methodology facilities best practices and customer engagement

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
• 6 years managing enterprise software implementations (CRM EAM FM or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of Facilities Management Maintenance Operations or Service Delivery environments
• Proven experience managing all phases of the enterprise implementation lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex multistakeholder implementations for enterprise customers
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to independently resolve customer issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects priorities and budgets
• Ability to mentor and support other project managers
• Willingness to travel up to 40%

Preferred / Desired Skills & Experience

• Handson experience with Facilities Management R&M workflows vendor networks or multisite operations
• Understanding of service provider management SLAs preventive maintenance and reactive work order processes
• Experience with HTML JavaScript or CSS; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience delivering enterprise software training
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
