Your work environment at EXP

In this role you will be a part of theMEPPlumbing Team of theU.S. South Sector based inMaitland Florida or Milwaukee Wisconsinoffice and have the opportunity to work on the designing plumbing systems for Gaming Hospitality Entertainment Healthcare or Commercial projects.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Work with a senior engineer for the direction of the plumbing systems to be designed.
• Route plumbing systems and size appropriately.
• Perform load calculations and perform selection of equipment.
• Prepare schedules details and fixture and equipment schedules.
• Understand the scope of SD DD CD level documents and be able to prepare and deliver drawings at the appropriate level.
• Ability to review respond to Construction Administration items to include RFIs and submittals.
• Ability to delegate tasks to a junior level designer.

What your experience looks like

• Ability to think in a 3D simulated environment
• 5 years minimum experience in plumbing design wanting to begin or expand their experience in the plumbing engineering field.
• Strong REVIT MEP experience.
• Engineering or Drafting Degree (BS Architectural Engineering BS Mechanical Engineering BS Plumbing Engineer AS Drafting and Design or equivalent degree) is a plus.
• Great communication skills.
• EIT or PE is a plus.
