Job Summary

POSITION

AI Engineer / Forward Deployment Engineer

Start date & Location

Location: 4 days/ week onsite in Miami FL

REQUIRED SKILLS

Required Qualifications

6 years of software engineering experience with deep backend or full-stack expertise
Strong hands-on Python development skills required
Experience building production applications using:
- Python
- FastAPI
- APIs / microservices
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- AWS cloud environments
- Kafka or other event-driven/streaming platforms
4 years deploying AI/ML solutions in production
Experience integrating LLMs generative AI or agentic AI systems into applications
Proven ability to work in ambiguous fast-moving environments and deliver scalable solutions
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer Solutions Engineer or technical consulting environment
Background in travel hospitality or cruise
Experience supporting distributed offline or shipboard environments
Cloud Kubernetes or AI/ML certifications
