Now Hiring: Assembler Associate

Minutemen Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembler Associates for a company specializing in sandal production.

Shift:

1st Shift: Monday Thursday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM

Overtime may be required on Fridays

Job Duties:

Manufacture sandal components in a production environment
Repair and resole outsoles straps and buckles
Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Self-motivated and dependable
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
