You may already be a Supervisor.
Or you may be a Team Lead Trainer Crew Leader Lead Operator or informal leader whos ready for the next step.
Either way if you enjoy helping people succeed while driving results wed love to talk.

Where You Will Make an Impact
Lead a manufacturing team toward safety quality and production goals
Coach mentor and develop employees
Build a positive high-performing team culture
Identify and develop future leaders
Drive accountability while maintaining trust and respect
Partner with Operations Quality Maintenance and other teams to improve performance
Help create an environment where employees feel valued and supported
What You Bring
You have experience working in manufacturing and understand what it takes to help a team succeed.
You lead with integrity communicate effectively and genuinely enjoy helping others grow.
Previous supervisory experience is welcome but not required.
We are especially interested in candidates who have served as Team Leads Trainers Crew Leaders Lead Operators Cell Leaders or other informal leadership roles and are ready for greater responsibility.
Most importantly you understand that leadership is earned every day through consistency accountability and service to your team.

Shift Opportunities
1st Shift: 7a-3p
2nd Shift: 3p-11p
3rd Shift: 11p-7a
This leadership role requires flexibility beyond scheduled shift hours. Supervisors are expected to support shift startup activities shift handoffs employee communication and operational needs as required.
Overtime is an expected part of this role including current Saturday production schedules.
