One Vision is seeking a Thrift Store Manager to lead our Fort Dodge Thrift Store!

What Youll Do
As the Thrift Store Manager youll oversee all aspects of daily operations including:
Managing store performance - product flow inventory and merchandising.
Leading your team - supervising training and developing employees and volunteers.
Delivering customer & donor satisfaction - ensuring positive mission-centered interactions.
Tracking results - monitoring KPIs sales and budget goals to drive growth.
Creating a positive environment - keeping the store clean safe and welcoming.
What Were Looking For
5 years of retail sales experience.
3 years of leadership/management experience including at least 1 year of running a retail store (thrift preferred).
Background in financial oversight inventory control and merchandising.
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Strong leadership communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to train coach and inspire team members.
Comfortable with the physical side of retail (lifting bending standing moving items).

Schedule
Our store hours are 10 AM - 6 PM Monday through Saturday. Manager availability will align with store needs.
Closed Sundays and all major holidays.
