Job Title:SAP Solution Architect (S/4HANA) - Onshore (USA)

Employment Type:Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with a strong functional background and proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformations. This is a customer-facing onshore role requiring deep engagement across solution design delivery and pre-sales.

The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology drive end-to-end SAP solutions and play a key role in shaping transformation programs for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture across functional domains (e.g. Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing Procure-to-Pay Order-to-Cash).
Translate business requirements into scalable integrated SAP solutions.
Define target architecture roadmap and transformation strategy.
Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and industry standards.
Provide leadership across implementation migration (ECC to S/4HANA) and rollout programs.

Functional Expertise

Act as a functional SME across one or more SAP modules (FI/CO MM SD PP etc.).
Drive fit-gap analysis process re-engineering and solution design workshops.
Ensure business process optimization leveraging S/4HANA capabilities (Fiori Embedded Analytics etc.).

Pre-Sales & Business Development

Support pre-sales activities including:
- Solutioning and proposal development
- Effort estimation and pricing models
- Client presentations demos and RFP/RFI responses
Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals and win new business.
Provide thought leadership on digital transformation and SAP roadmaps.

Customer Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders.
Lead executive-level discussions and workshops.
Manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance on best practices innovation and future-state architecture.

Governance & Leadership

Define and enforce architecture governance and standards.
Mentor and guide offshore/onshore teams.
Ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Required Qualifications

12 years of SAP experience with strong functional background.
5 years as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect.
Hands-on experience in multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield Brownfield or Hybrid).
Deep expertise in at least one core functional domain (FI/CO MM SD PP etc.) with cross-module integration knowledge.
Proven experience in pre-sales solutioning and client presentations.
Strong understanding of:
- SAP S/4HANA architecture
- SAP Fiori & UX strategy
- Integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
Experience working in customer-facing onshore roles in the US.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industries such as CPG Manufacturing Retail or Pharma.
Familiarity with RISE with SAP SAP BTP and cloud transformations.
SAP certifications in S/4HANA or relevant modules.
Experience with Agile / Activate methodology.
