- Level 6 $95986 - $103873 p.a. plus up to 17% employer superannuation
- Full-time (36.25 hours per week) 2 year fixed-term appointment
The Opportunity
As a Clinical Trials Coordinator youll be at the heart of delivering high-quality compliant clinical trials that contribute to better health outcomes. You will contribute to the coordination and administration of trials assigned to you keeping them on track on time and in line with all relevant regulations from ICH/GCP guidelines to UniSC CTC procedures. With sound judgement a practical approach and strong protocol knowledge youll ensure every detail runs smoothly. This role also offers the opportunity to mentor Clinical Trial Associates and support student placements making it a rewarding step forward for both leadership and professional growth.
Please note this role requires flexibility to travel to different clinical trial sites and to work outside standard business hours to support confinement studies and other time-sensitive trial activities. You may also be required to participate in a 24/7 on-call or confinement roster.

You will
- Contribute to the coordination and administration of designated clinical trials within UniSC CT; and
- Work collaboratively with the CTC team sponsors and monitors to ensure the successful conduct andtimelycompletion of clinical trials
About you
Organised proactive and always thinking ahead you bring calm confidence to the fast-paced world of clinical trials. With a steady hand and sharp eye for detail youre comfortable juggling multiple studies keeping protocols on track records accurate and stakeholders informed. Youre curious and composed ready to solve problems guide participants with care and support the team with everything from ethics submissions to continuous process improvement. You understand the big picture but never miss the fine print. Whether youre working with clinicians engaging with participants or collaborating across teams you know how to keep the process moving forward smoothly and successfully.
You will possess:
- Completion of a degree qualification inHealth ScienceNursingor related field withsubsequentrelevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and Diploma qualification.Note:Registered Nurses must have current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. Enrolled Nurses must be medication administration endorsed and have phlebotomy training and experience;
- Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice and applicable regulations;
- High level computing skills (including databases clinical trial electronic data entry word processing and spreadsheets).
- Sound understanding of privacy principals governing health information;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team; and
- PreviousClinical Trial Coordination experience highly regarded.
