We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Program Supervisor to lead the delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS) / Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) projects in Singapore.

In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end engineering execution from design and system integration to commissioning and project deliveryensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with customer expectations and contractual requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering design implementation and commissioning of BMS / IBMS / SCADA projects
• Define project technical scope architecture and system design
• Coordinate with clients subcontractors and internal teams for project delivery
• Manage: Design submissions & technical documentation and Engineering schedules and deliverables
• Assign and oversee work packages for local and remote teams.
• Drive project milestones quality and timelines
• Support system integration (e.g. Niagara SCADA platforms)
• Lead on-site commissioning troubleshooting and testing
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and engineering standards

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• 10 years experience in BMS / IBMS / Building Automation
• Proven experience in project engineering & delivery (end-to-end lifecycle)
• Strong expertise in: SCADA platforms (e.g. Niagara) HVAC / ACMV systems and Networking (IP-based systems)
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and drive project outcomes

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with ELV systems: CCTV/Access Control/Fire Alarm systems
• Exposure to smart building / integrated platform solutions
