Essential Criteria:
Minimum 3 years experience working in a Spa environment.
Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience working within a 4/5* environment.
A recognised Therapist Qualification.
Experience supporting team training and development.
