Talentmark are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager on behalf of a global manufacturer of precision measuring instruments and equipment on a permanent basis.
Working hours: Monday Friday 8:30am-5pm.
Location: Andover Hampshire.
Salary: Competitive depending on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:
- QMS Maintenance & Improvement ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.
- Lead effectiveaudit programmes conducting root-cause analyses for non-conformities and driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints supplier quality issues and third-party certification bodies.
- Work closely with Senior Management and external consultantsto ensure compliant HR policies and processes.
Skills and Experience:
- Industry experience in Quality Management or Quality Engineering.
- Strong communicationand relationship-building skills to explain quality requirements clearly to different audiences and influence stakeholders.
- Full driving licencewithwillingness to travelon occasions.
- ISO 17025:2017 awareness would be desirable.
- Internal or Lead Auditor training would be desirable.
