This position will be based out of our four locations; Carrickmacross Naas Cashel or Ballinasloe. The Opportunity:

As anapprenticeElectrician you willwork andtrain alongside experienced electricians gaining practical experience whilecompleting the electrical apprenticeship programme.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assistin the installation and commissioning ofsolar panels and electrical components according to Safe electric specifications and SEAI code of practice.

• Help prepare the cables for the power supply forsolar systems.

• Help troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in solar systems.

• Learn how to provide technicalassistanceto customersregardingtheir solar systems.

• Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.

• Assistin keepingaccuraterecords of all work performed and materials used.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Must be eligible for registration with SOLAS as an Electrical Apprentice.

• Keen interest in electrical work and technology.

• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

• Ability to follow technical instructions and work well in a team.

• Physically capable of performing manual tasks and working at heightsor in confined spaces.

• Strong work ethic punctuality and willingness to learn.

• Prior exposure to electrical or construction work would beadvantageous(summer work or work experience)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Typically 1 Installation per day.
