DeliversCommEx Pricing & Contracting/Tendering vision and strategy for the commercial organization byretainingand applying an in-depth understanding of customer needs andleveragingthose insights to create an unparalleled sales experience.
DeliversLATAMpricing strategy including floor price frameworks and compliance governance implemented via local operational execution excellence
Collaborates with multiple departments to implement strategicsalesplans derived from corporate goals and customer touchpoints thatleverageconsumer data and customer insight tooptimizePricing & Contracting/Tenderingenablement and ensure the achievement ofsales objectives.
Responsible for coordinating sales team incentive scheme governance & frameworks with LATAM leadershipandoverseeingCommExspecialists responsiblefor Sales Force Effectiveness analytics & business intelligence insights and Incentive Scheme payout calculationsadhering to all compliance controls.
Conducts performance evaluations ofPricing & Contracting/Tedneringdepartments through use of key performance indicators and benchmarks theorganizationcapabilitieswith competitors and industry leading standards.
Develops processes to address consumer prioritiesidentifycapability gaps conduct on-going needs assessments and translate needs into targeted solutions.
Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g. workflow performance and compliance) as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
Integrates Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
