What Youll Do
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the CEOs calendar travel and daily workflow to ensure time is invested where it matters most.
- Oversee inbox management triaging emails drafting responses and ensuring followthrough.
- Act as a thoughtful gatekeeper balancing access with relationshipbuilding.
- Prepare briefing notes talking points research and meeting prep materials.
- Reconcile credit cards and manage executive expenses.
- Handle confidential information with exceptional discretion and professionalism.
Leadership Board & Governance Support
- Support the Executive Team and Advisory Board with scheduling travel reporting and meeting coordination.
- Serve asCorporate Secretaryfor the Advisory Board preparing agendas coordinating logistics ensuring governance compliance and drafting confidential minutes.
- Attend leadership and board meetings to capture minutes track commitments and support action items.
Communication & Information Management
- Draft polished internal and external communications presentations and reports.
- Manage document flow and signature processes including liaison with legal counsel.
- Maintain organized intuitive digital and physical filing systems.
Operations Events & Client Relations
- Coordinate meetings events and special functions (catering materials technology venues).
- Build positive relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.
- Assist with proposals marketing content and presentations.
- Keep databases and contact lists updated and accurate.
- Support HR with Company Events and Engagement Initiative
Culture Rhythm & Special Projects
- Be a culture champion by creating a warm welcoming environment for employees and guests.
- Support CEOled initiatives special projects and companywide events.
- Help maintain organizational rhythm by ensuring followthrough on priorities.
