DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Director Intranet Operationsthis Hybrid position will be located in Raynham MA (USA). Alternate Hybrid locations maybe considered at Raritan NJ (USA).

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics companyoperatingas DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

The Director Intranet Operationsis responsible forthe strategy governance and operational excellence of DePuy Synthes enterprise intranet and internal digital workplace platforms. This role ensures the intranet delivers a consistent secure and usercentered experience that supports internal communications collaboration and business execution across a global organization.

This position plays a critical role in shaping how employees access information connect across teams and engage with company priorities whileleadingmodernization and continuous improvement of intranet capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the intranet operations strategy roadmap and governance model aligned to business and employee needs.

• Oversee daytoday intranet operations to ensure reliability performance security and scalability.

• Establish and enforce content governance standards including information architecture publishing processes and lifecycle management.

• Partner with IT Communications HR and business leaders to deliver effective internal digital experiences and communication solutions.

• Lead coach and develop a team of intranet and digital operations professionals driving accountability and continuous improvement.

• Manage vendor relationships and external partners supporting intranet platforms and services.

• Use analytics and employee feedback tomonitorintranet effectiveness and guide enhancements.

• Ensure compliance with security privacy accessibility and regulatory requirements across regions.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degreein Information Systems Communications Digital Media Business ora relatedfield.

• Masters degree preferred (MBA MS or equivalent).

Experience and Skills

Required:

• Typically requires10 or more years of progressive experiencein intranet digital workplace or enterprise platform management includingpeopleleadership.

• Demonstrated experience leading largescale intranet or internal digital platforms within complex organizations.

• Strong background in digital governance content strategy and operational management.

• Experience managing budgets vendors and thirdparty service providers.

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint or comparable enterprise intranet platforms.

• Experience supporting digital transformation or organizational change initiatives.

• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and accessibility standards.

• Experience working in global matrixed or regulated environments.

• Background in healthcare medical devices or life sciences.

• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence across functions.

• Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.

Other

• Language:Englishproficiency.

• Travel:Up to 1020% primarily domestic with limited international travel.

• Certifications:Relevant digital platform or productcertificationspreferred not.
