Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Manufacturing Technician to work with our client in Colorado Springs CO. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our Chip & Wire Assembly team. This role supports both Die Attach and Wire Bonding operations in a cleanroom environment performing precision micro-assembly work on very small components.
This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail steady hands and the ability to work under a microscope while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned production jobs safely and on schedule
- Perform die attach and wire bonding assembly processes
- Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect microelectronic components
- Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance
- Identify and report process material or quality issues
- Escalate questions or concerns to trainers technicians or engineers
- Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
- Accurately log job data and production updates into computer systems
- Follow cleanroom and ESD procedures
- Support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to handle very small delicate parts (steady hands required)
- Basic computer skills (data entry email systems)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a professional work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with die attach wire bonding or microelectronics assembly
- Cleanroom experience
- ESD knowledge or certification
- Experience operating automated production equipment
Work Environment:
- Cleanroom setting
- Microscope-based work for extended periods
- Handling of very small components
- Use of specialized production equipment
