Job Summary
SUMMARY
Responsible for the development and delivery of Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) and Computer Based Training (CBT) under the general guidance of the Project Manager and ISD SME. Produces training solutions across multimedia virtual game-based and distributed learning environments. Responsible for creating deliverables in accordance with established methodologies processes and collaborative working group practices throughout all phases of IMI and CBT development ensuring consistent reliable and repeatable results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop engaging training materials for a variety of delivery methods including instructor-led computer-based web-based and mobile training.
- Develop training products using Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) Learning Object Module (LOM).
- Work with Instructional Systems Designers Graphic Artists Programmers and Subject Matter Experts in the development of interactive multimedia courseware.
- Develop test items.
- Scale development efforts to meet production timelines.
- Keep abreast of training and development research: new materials methods and techniques.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in related field or two (2) to five (5) years of experience developing military training.
- Experience with authoring tools and related software for producing multimedia training packages.
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance (generally U.S. Citizenship required).
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with military training is preferred. Navy experience is a plus.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and presentation skills.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-Time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
Potential for travel. When required employee will need to complete an MVR check.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state drivers license and be insurable on the companys automobile insurance policy. Driving with or without accommodations may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in an office setting may operate in military training areas. May be exposed to sharp objects some heat loud noise chemicals and vibration. Use of personal protective equipment is mandatory. Employee will be exposed to a wide variety of people in differing functions personalities and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent sitting using hands/fingers handling reaching with hands and arms talking hearing and seeing up close at a distance along the periphery with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus; occasional walking or standing occasional lifting of up to 50lbs. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
- Pay range: $75004.80to $82284.80per year.
