We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Remote Licensed Director Retirement Planner in the Greater Metro-Phoenix area! The position is remote and requires that you reside in the Greater Phoenix AZ area. We offer virtual interviewing and onboarding as well as access to our virtual training and support. Full access to work from home capabilities to support our clients remotely.
As a Director Retirement Planner in the Regional Centeryourea pro at delivering fundamental and complex guidance to workplace retirement plan participants. Your role is key in helping each plan participant achieve success with planning for their future.
The ExpertiseWereLooking For
Bachelors degreerequiredMastersdegree preferred
10 years minimum investment sales/financial planning experience
FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and holdappropriate stateregistrations OR ability toacquireSeries 66 upon hire
Life and annuity licenses (required)
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation will berequiredto obtain if you do not currentlypossessit.
Participant sales experience
Proventrack recordin generating sales and managing relationships withhigh net worthclients
The Purposeof Your Role
As a Director Retirement Planner at the Regional Center you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team consisting of the Managing Director Workplace Regional Manager Planning & Guidance team and retail partners. You willfacilitatehigh-quality 1:1meetingswith retirement plan participants including basic plan overviews and more complex income planning and portfolio responsible forunderstanding the clients unique financial situation and providing personalized solutions. You will partner with the team to consistently deliverhigh levelsof customer satisfaction growing Personal & Workplace Investments business in your region client profitability creating plan levelopportunitiesand driving crossover relationships.

Primarily focused on working with the team in the field to ensure the personal satisfaction of the Premium Services eligible participants across multiple workplace companies.
