Job Summary: Procurement Analyst (IT Strategy & Projects)

- Location: Hybrid (On-site training 3-4 weeks; 4 days/week remote)
- Eligibility: Must be local and eligible for FTE conversion; no visa sponsorship; must not have interviewed for postingsor 11281
- Start Timeline: Must be available for in-person interviews within 1 week of posting close; able to start within 2 weeks of offer
- Background: HireRight required for background and drug screening
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years IT software procurement experience
- IT Asset Management: Deep knowledge of SaaS PaaS RaaS and IaaS licensing models and ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework
- Contract Negotiation: Proven skills in negotiating high-value contracts including SLAs data sovereignty and renewal terms
- Project Management: Ability to manage procurement as a project with milestones and cross-departmental stakeholder coordination
- RFP/RFQ Development: Experience drafting/scoring technical and legally enforceable solicitations and SOWs for enterprise IT services
- Financial/Data Analysis: Proficiency in TCO and ROI analyses to justify technology investments to leadership
