CRM Specialist

Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a CRM Specialist to support the management optimization and day-to-day operations of CRM systems. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy supporting campaign execution and assisting with reporting and automation to improve overall efficiency across sales marketing and customer success functions. The ideal candidate has hands-on CRM experience strong attention to detail and the ability to support both operational tasks and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management & Maintenance

Maintain and update records within the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and

consistency.

Manage pipelines properties user access and basic system configurations.

Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities.

Reporting & Dashboards

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.

Ensure data integrity across reports used by sales marketing and operations

teams.

Assist in analyzing CRM data to generate insights.

Campaign & Workflow Support

Support the setup and execution of campaigns within the CRM.

Assist in building workflows automation and lead routing processes.

Ensure proper tagging tracking and segmentation of contacts.

User Support & Coordination

Provide support to users on CRM usage and best practices.

Assist in troubleshooting basic system issues and escalate when needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM updates and

improvements.

Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in CRM usage and suggest improvements.

Support documentation of processes workflows and system guidelines.

Job Requirements

24 years of experience in CRM administration marketing operations or sales

operations.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce or similar).

Experience working with data management reporting and CRM workflows.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured data accurately.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

Experience with automation lead scoring or lifecycle management.

Familiarity with integrations and connected tools (email platforms analytics tools).

Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business environments.
