Job Summary
Role Purpose:
- Carry out the analytical and product chemistry work under the supervision of Sr. Research Scientist/Team Leader
- Assist the Sr. Research Scientist in Laboratory and equipments maintenance as per GLP requirements.
- Good experimental skills with aptitude for learning.
Accountabilities
- Perform the analysis in the assigned areas of Analytical and Product Chemistry activities
- Ability to deliver experimental results RAFT within agreed timelines
- Assist in bulk shipment sub sampling and homogenization process
- Ensure own laboratory work recorded and reported to agreed Syngenta standards
- Always ensure safe laboratory practices and waste disposal as per the site policy
- Continually seek good understanding of analytical and product chemistry work SOPs and GLP process
- Ensure compliance with all company HS&E policies and GLP.
- Tasks may vary depending on the team you would be working and are not limited to the ones listed above
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in chemistry preferable analytical or allied Science area from the reputed Universities with strong academic records and good communication skills with 2-4 years of industrial experience. Experience Analytical Chemist with GLP experience is desirable
- Knowledge of experimental skills instrumentation and GLP process is desirable
- Team player flexible and resourceful to meet targets with less support
