Job Summary
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Wiley you will lead the efforts around application availability IT integration regulatory compliance and security processes as a critical part of the Wiley technology team. Support internal product teams to facilitate fast and secure delivery of technology solutions to end-users. Take a lead role in building internal systems and processes that meet regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Implement technical integrations between internal teams and third-party vendors using SSO/SAML and other technologies as required.
Review and improve internal and external security infrastructure and access controls. Establish efficient processes to maintain SOX and other regulatory compliance requirements as well as working with internal and external Auditors. Establish auditable log trails using CloudTrail ELK stacks or other technologies. Support Production availability by attending Production incidents participating in and sharing ownership of workaround development root cause analysis and solution creation. Participate in out-of-hours on-call roster. Proposing and implementing initiatives to support application stability and availability.Review and improve internal and external security infrastructure and access controls.
Establish efficient processes to maintain SOX and other regulatory compliance requirements as well as working with internal and external auditors.
Experience with modern JavaScript technologies ReactJS/EmberJS NodeJS.
