Job Summary

Responsible for: Coordinating operational activities across departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration in operations


Duties Include: - 
Administrative Operations & Process Management
Coordinate daily administrative activities across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain and update administrative procedures templates and documentation
Provide administrative liaison support between departments to facilitate efficient workflow

Project & Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to Managers on project activities
Coordinate meeting schedules agendas and documentation across projects

Maintain project files and administrative records
Coordinate operational activities across multiple departments to ensure seamless workflow
Maintain operational procedures and best practices
Liaise between departments to facilitate administration and operational support

Travel & Logistics Coordination
Manage end-to-end travel and visa arrangements for all departments
Optimise travel costs
Maintain travel compliance and policy adherence
Track and report on travel expenditure and logistics efficiency

Project & Resource Support
Provide operational support to Managers on project coordination
Coordinate administration across projects

Operational Coverage & Business Continuity
Provide operational coverage on administrative functions
Coordinate with the administration team lead to manage holiday coverage and maintain service levels
Ensure meeting rooms and facilities are operationally ready and properly equipped

Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements
Support the implementation of new systems and processes
Additional Operational Duties
Any other operational coordination duties as required to support business objectives
