Job Summary
This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to analyze complex datasets from multiple sources. Youll be instrumental in delivering insights and intelligence that directly impact our decision-making processes.
Key job responsibilities
Key Focus Areas:
Managing sales performance reporting analysis
Conducting analysis for trends observations and developing recommendations for sales strategy across EMEA
Creating reports using diverse data sources
Delivering actionable insights to EMEA-wide stakeholders

Developing and implementing new recommendations

Communicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Supporting SMB and Scale Sales teams with territory analysis and operational activities

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights
o Conduct comprehensive analysis of diverse datasets to uncover meaningful business insights
o Design and deliver regular and on-demand business analytics with stakeholders
Strategic Planning & Reporting
o Maintain monthly health of the business
Metrics & Performance Management
o Monitor and evaluate existing performance metrics
o Transform complex data into actionable recommendations
Business Intelligence
o Deliver strategic insights to guide business decisions
o Provide data-driven recommendations through detailed analysis

The team is always focused on delivering the best results for our customers by working backwards from their needs. Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. We have a broad mix of experience levels and tenures and were building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship. The team has extensive visibility to EMEA Directors and Senior Leadership Team given the strategic nature of the role.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM variable compensation revenue reporting forecasting Salesforce automation etc.
- Experience defining refining and implementing sales processes procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
