Position Overview:
The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving netnew logo acquisition for the ITS business by partnering closely with the ITS sales team. This role focuses on regional execution of targeted datadriven campaigns designed to generate meetings and pipeline from a defined list of new accounts.

- Own and execute field marketing programs focused on netnew logo acquisition for the ITS Solutions sales team.
- Partner closely with ITS sales leadership to align on target account lists priorities and meeting goals.
- Develop and manage integrated campaigns to engage a defined list of 400 new target accounts.
- Execute ABM paid social email event and multichannel campaigns to drive awareness engagement and sales meetings.
- Build and manage paid social campaigns (LinkedIn and other platforms) to reach and engage new logos.
- Track measure and optimize campaign performance against KPIs such as meetings set pipeline influence and netnew logos.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams (digital content operations) to ensure timely and effective execution.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in field marketing demand generation or B2B marketing preferably in technology or IT services.
- Strong experience with social media marketing including paid social campaigns.
- Handson experience with database marketing targeting and segmentation.
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools.
- Experience executing integrated campaigns across email social events and digital channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to move fast and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting a national or regional sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Comfort working in a metricsdriven environment focused on pipeline and revenue impact.
Qualified candidates can expect a salary of $65000 bonus
