Job Summary

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR) you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service professionalism and a positive attitude. You represent the Dominos brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a fun friendly and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
Uphold and represent RPM and Dominos brand standards.
Maintain store cleanliness sanitation and food safety standards.
Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
Contribute to a positive inclusive Team environment.

Qualifications :

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
Strong communication and basic math skills.
Positive outgoing and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Frequent bending reaching and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
Ability to work at stations 3648 high and reach shelves up to 72.
Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
