• Perform all daily functions of assigned Clients.
• Familiar in WMS and computerized inventory control system and its procedures.
• Conduct inventory cycle count and stock take ensure inventory accuracy meets KPI.
• Perform invoicing through company portal and conducts billings including associated backup and documentation.
• Provide daily operational reports accurately and timely.
• Perform daily data entry for receiving order allocation shipping and inventory management and audits picking activities.
• Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving and to ship orders.
• Provide support with other miscellaneous projects filing and research.
• Rating of domestic transportation bills.
• Receive and handle customer enquiry with Supervisory guidance.

Qualifications :

• Certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate or above preferably with 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry
• Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered
• Good command of Cantonese English and Mandarin
• Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry
• Proficient PC knowledge
