Front of House and Hospitality Host

About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors youll deliver exceptional service across reception hospitality and event support. This is a hands-on varied role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking takes pride in high standards and brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Reception
- Provide a polished professional welcome to all visitors.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with confidence and clarity.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings using the UMA system.
- Maintain immaculate reception lobby meeting room and cloakroom areas.
Operations & Event Support
- Set up and reset meeting rooms including manual handling of furniture (tables chairs partition walls).
- Deliver AV and technical support for meetings and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Provide administrative support such as scanning and data collation.
Hospitality & Pantry Management
- Prepare and serve lunches and event catering to a high standard.
- Maintain kitchen and pantry cleanliness including dishwasher operation and clearing service items.
- Conduct weekly stock counts place orders and process invoices.
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and food hygiene regulations (including fridge temperature logs).
Hours: 40 hours per week Rotational shifts (7am4pm 9am6pm or 10am7pm) Monday - Friday. Candidates must be flexible to meet business needs including occasional weekend coverage.
Salary: 27976 per annum
