Night Supervisor (mfd)

What youll do

• Lead and motivate the night team conduct high-energy briefings and ensure smooth overnight operations
• Train coach and support the Night Audit; assist and cover the Night Manager across all tasks
• Oversee Front Desk standards (LQA) and handle tricky guest situations with confidence
• Monitor Accor-specific systems (FastCom Hotellink ResaWeb) and manage all digital guest communication via E-mail Duve and OTA platforms
• Manage reservations guest profiles room inventory and overbooking strategies in Opera Cloud
• Prepare and run End-of-Day (Night Audit) procedures including Credit Limit and Rate checks
• Manage online payments from third-party platforms (Stripe Adyen) and balance them accurately in Opera Cloud
• Handle open PMs open folios No-Show activities and generate revenue and statistics reports
• Act as the person in charge of building security during the night conduct regular rounds and lead emergency procedures if required
• Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when necessary and file detailed Incident Reports
• Manage inventory for the Hox Shop prepare and deliver Breakfast Bags and coordinate the morning Buffet Breakfast setup

• You have a proven track record of supervising teams in a fast-paced high-volume lifestyle hotel environment
• You have a nothing is too much trouble attitude handling a fire alarm and a VIP check-in at the same time No problem
• You have an obsessive eye for detail when it comes to hotel aesthetics and the overall look & feel
• Youre a natural communicator who keeps the team motivated and informed even in the middle of the night
• Youre calm under pressure solutions-oriented and always one step ahead
