The team of the The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for our Ladies & Gentlemen regarding all HR-related matters
  • Coordinate and manage all administrative processes throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Maintain and manage employee master data and personnel files in compliance with legal requirements and internal company policies
  • Conduct and support the recruitment process
  • Prepare newsletters reports lists and internal HR communications
  • Plan organize and execute internal events and employee activities
  • Ensure a professional service-oriented and confidential approach to all HR-related matters

Your Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in Hospitality Management Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in the hospitality industry or a high-end service environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured and independent working style
  • High level of accuracy reliability and commitment to quality
  • Friendly open and service-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications particularly Outlook Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for creating a positive employee experience

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position based on full-time employment is 2.26300 per month. A higher salary may be offered depending on your qualifications and experience.
