Position Summary
V-Tech Solutions is seeking a Subject Matter Expert III to lead Lean Academy training coaching and performance improvement initiatives within a public health environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design andmaintainLean Academy curriculum training materials and facilitator guides
Facilitate monthly training sessions and cohort-based learning
Coach teams on Lean A3 projects and track progress
Support leadership development through Lean coaching and executive briefings
Develop dashboards reports and program summaries
Support continuous performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in program evaluation Lean or project management
Knowledge of public health practices and systems
Experience with training facilitation and curriculum development
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Ability to develop reports and presentations
