• Assists the Tasting Room Manager in overseeing the Tasting Room Tours and Operations
• Responsible for training and mentoring new employees
• Assists in overseeing day-to-day operations while maintaining the core values standards and ambiance of the winery
• Leads and motivates sales and supports the team to achieve revenue goals; updates team on new promotions and assists sales team as needed
• Assists with achieving or exceeding financial goals including wine and tour sales retail sales and Wine Club & Europa Table sign-ups.
• Assists with controlling operational costs and helps identify measures to cut waste and maximize efficiencies
• Delivers unsurpassed guest service to maximize guest satisfaction
• Manages cash handling including drawer reconciliations and bank deposits
• Completes daily credit card tip calculations and enters them into tip spreadsheet
• Comfortable working on feet for the majority of the work shift
• Comfortable transitioning between working indoor and outdoor throughout the work shift
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be able to work weekends holidays and some evenings
