Job Duties
The Inventory and TMS Coordinator serves a dual role supporting both patient care operations and facility readiness. This position oversees patient-facing inventory including clothing shoes and hygiene items ensuring appropriate stock levels organization and accountability. At the same time the role manages TMS functions in the Physical Plant Department such as work orders reporting and asset tracking to support efficient operations. The coordinator also plays a key role in maintaining documentation and processes that support ongoing readiness for Joint Commission standards and surveys.
Minimum Qualifications
Working knowledge of general ticketing systems and work order management processes. Demonstrated computer proficiency including use of standard office software and electronic tracking systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments manage competing demands and meet established deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain accurate documentation. Prior healthcare or hospital environment experience preferred.
Ability to train and support other TMS users
Experience in housekeeping procedures
Additional Considerations
Prior experience working in office setting
Prior experience in a healthcare or institutional setting preferred.
Working knowledge of TMS or Inventory Management Systems
Valid drivers license
