This role ensures accurate inventory control SAP transactional integrity financial accuracy and on time availability of materials to support work orders key accounts and customerspecific programs. The position partners crossfunctionally with Sales Supply Chain Finance and Operations to resolve issues drive process improvements and provide actionable TypeFull Time ExemptLocationOnsite in Pooler Georgia: 2000 Bamford Blvd. Pooler Georgia 31322. Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesInventory & Materials ManagementManage ordering receiving storage transfers and control of approximately 3500 attachment and component SKUsMaintain inventory for attachments kits (camera road light artic immobilizer RPM) tires generators and trailersOversee perpetual inventory counts reconciliation and corrective actions to ensure accuracyPerform inventory adjustments and maintenance in SAPManage OS&D (Overages Shortages and Damages) items through resolutionSAP & Work Order ControlsMaintain SAP transactional accuracy including: COGI error monitoring review and resolutionWork order accrual review and correction of incorrect TECOsValidation of part usage and resolution of incorrect or unclear work order requirementsCoordinate with Sales and Supply Chain to correct outofstock issues and usage discrepanciesPlanning Forecasting & ReportingSupport forecast planning in collaboration with Key AccountsPrepare and maintain: Weekly and Monthly Shortage ReportsAttachment Schedule ReportsPerpetual Inventory (PI) Dashboards and KPI reportingAnalyze inventory trends and risks; recommend corrective or preventive actionsLogistics Vendors & ProgramsManage drop shipments including returns processing and documentationOversee decals for multiple customer accounts (ordering storage shipping)Maintain live links manuals and documentation for customer programs (e.g. Aertssen)Manage trailer and generator inventory including ordering receiving and ongoing maintenanceMaintain tire master data work order accruals descriptions and storage controlsFinancial & Administrative ControlsReview and approve freight and invoice charges related to inventory and logisticsEnsure financial accuracy related to inventory valuation accruals and work order impactsSupport audits through accurate documentation and system alignmentContinuous Improvement & CollaborationIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy service level and efficiencyServe as a key liaison between Operations Supply Chain Sales and FinanceSupport dashboard development and data accuracy for leadership visibilityOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Business or related field or equivalent experience5 years of experience in inventory management materials management or supply chain operationsStrong working knowledge of SAP (inventory work orders COGI accruals)Proven experience managing complex inventories and multiple product categoriesStrong analytical organizational and problemsolving skillsMust pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable QualificationsExperience in manufacturing heavy equipment or attachmentbased operationsAdvanced Excel or BI/dashboard reporting experienceExperience supporting key customer accounts or custom programsInventory & materials planning expertiseFinancial and operational accuracyCross functional communication and influenceData driven decision makingProcess improvement mindsetAttention to detail with big picture awarenessKnowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesProficient in Microsoft Office software Comfortable in an in-person office environmentTechnical competence is a plusMust be customer service oriented flexible and have a high energy levelMust have excellent follow-through skills Must have a professional polished and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settingsMust be open to domestic and international travelDesire and proven ability to learn and growJob ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
