As a Talent Acquisition Specialist youll primarily focus on early careers recruitment working closely with universities students and hiring managers while also supporting experiencedhire recruitment for selected roles across the business. Youll deliver a standout candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

Navigating Responsibilities
- Manage the endtoend recruitment lifecycle with a strong focus on interns and graduates and support experiencedhire roles as needed
- Build and deliver early careers attraction strategies including campus events workshops presentations and assessment centres
- Develop strong relationships with careers services student societies and target universities across EMEA
- Partner closely with hiring managers on both early careers and selected professional hires acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
- Coordinate and run assessment centres working with internal scheduling teams and hiring managers
- Conduct initial interviews and manage video interview processes presenting wellcalibrated candidate shortlists
- Track and manage candidate data accurately in the applicant tracking system delivering key hiring metrics and insights
The Ideal Candidate
- 13 years experience in Talent Acquisition
- Exposure to endtoend experiencedhire recruitment is an advantage but not essential
- A strong organiser who can juggle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- A confident communicator who enjoys building genuine relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Comfortable working across countries and cultures with a global mindset
- Strong presentation analytical and event management skills
- Bachelors degree required; experience in professional or financial services is a plus
- Experience using an ATS (ideally Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
