This role will provide dedicated support to our Head of Investment and Chief Financial Officer. You will be instrumental in ensuring they are in the right place at the right time fully prepared and equipped with the tools and information needed tooperateeffectively.
Whetheritsmanaging and coordinating their demanding schedule overseeing a busy emailinboxresponding to correspondence or collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersyoullbe the go-to person forboth leadersand their wider team.
This is a varied role where yourexpertisein organisation prioritisation discretion and stakeholder management will be critical in supporting the effective delivery of key financial priorities and broader organisational outcomes.
This is a13month fixed term opportunity for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fastpaced environment and understands the critical importance of effective calendarand emailmanagement.
We are seeking to appoint at a salary between $77000 - $88000 commensurate to skills and experience.

Youll be an Executive Assistant who brings initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
In addition you will bring:
Experience providing high-level support tosenior leaders
Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
Asuccessfultrack recordof providing day-to-day administrative support including diary management and coordination of meetings and travel
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability tomaintaindiscretion and work to tight deadlines whilstmaintaininga high levelof accuracy.
