Job Summary

cFocus Software seeks a Reporting and Metrics Analyst to join our program supporting the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Cybersecurity Data Analytics Business or related field.
37 years of experience in reporting data analytics or cybersecurity metrics.
Experience working in enterprise IT or cybersecurity environments.
Familiarity with federal frameworks such as NIST RMF NIST CSF and FISMA.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) and reporting platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Certifications
- At least one relevant certification such as:
- CompTIA Security or equivalent
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (preferred)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) (preferred)
- Certified Data Analyst or similar analytics certification (desirable)

Duties:

Develop maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions for cybersecurity operations (SOC/NOC SCRM vulnerability management etc.).
Collect analyze and interpret data from multiple security tools and enterprise systems.
Produce recurring and ad hoc reports on operational performance KPIs SLAs and risk posture.
Support metrics development aligned to NIST FISMA and federal cybersecurity reporting standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.
Automate reporting processes where possible using scripting or reporting tools.
Support audit and compliance reporting efforts by generating required artifacts.
Identify trends anomalies and opportunities for operational improvement.
Support executive-level reporting and briefing materials
