As a Senior Product Associate within the Core Experience team you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer needs and market trends through user research and discovery
- Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Support the collection of user research journey mapping and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and shape feature opportunities
- Analyze track and evaluate product metrics (e.g. time-to-deliver cost quality) across the product development life cycle
- Write requirements epics and user stories to support product development
- Synthesize customer feedback and research findings into clear problem statements hypotheses and actionable recommendations
- Maintain and refine the product backlog ensuring items are well-defined prioritized and aligned to roadmap outcomes
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage dependencies readiness and delivery milestones across the life cycle
- Support post-launch monitoring and continuous improvement by surfacing insights defining follow-ups and tracking impact
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Ability to translate customer needs and research into clear requirements epics and user stories
- Ability to define monitor and communicate product performance using meaningful metrics and insights
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (e.g. design engineering data operations) to deliver outcomes
- Ability to think end-to-end about product changes anticipating impacts across channels journeys and stakeholders
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- User research (journey mapping market analysis) to inform roadmaps
- Structured problem solving; agile delivery with engineering (build/launch/iterate)
- Experimentation & optimization (A/B tests measurement); track delivery customer outcome metrics
- Strong writing (requirements updates); support GTM (release planning enablement docs feedback loops)
