Project Background
To expand our global manufacturing footprint we are establishing a state-of-the-art forging production facility in the Valaliky Industrial Park near Košice. This strategic investment aims to create a world-class manufacturing hub to serve the European aerospace market.
Key Responsibilities
Permitting & Local Liaison: Lead the application process for essential permits including Construction Permits Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and specialized utility connections. Act as the primary point of contact with Slovak authorities and Valaliky industrial park management.
Pre-construction Administration: Handle essential administrative tasks for the initial setup of the local entity including office supplies procurement vendor coordination and basic logistics support for the project team.
Translation & Communication: Provide professional translation of official documents and contracts (Slovak/English). Ensure seamless communication between the local site and the headquarters in China.
Site Coordination Support: Provide on-site assistance for coordination tasks acting as a facilitator between engineering consultants local contractors and the project team to ensure smooth communication at the construction site.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination permitting or administration within the industrial or construction sector.
Languages: Slovak (Native/Bilingual) and English (Fluent). Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
Skills: Solid understanding of Slovak administrative procedures; proactive highly organized and capable of working in a multicultural environment.
