Job Summary
Functional Analyst Healthcare Projects (Full-time Contract)
Location: Brussels Belgium (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
We are currently looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to support key digital transformation initiatives within the healthcare domain including a care team management application and the Vaccinnet 2.0 immunisation platform in Flanders.
In this role you will ensure the consistency and quality of functional design across projects translating business needs into clear actionable specifications for development and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document functional requirements (use cases user stories)
- Ensure overall coherence of functional decisions within the project scope
- Support development teams with functional clarification and guidance
- Coordinate and execute functional testing (UAT)
- Act as SPOC for system integrators
- Manage dependencies and unblock issues across teams and projects
- Ensure continuity between analysis and development phases
Your Profile
- Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
- Experience in digital healthcare processes and workflows
- Familiarity with eHealth systems and interoperability standards (e.g. FHIR)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong team player with a clear and structured way of thinking
