Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients. The Receptionist will also be responsible for managing the companys phone system scheduling appointments and maintaining the offices overall appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the companys calendar
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and photocopying
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient office operation
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
