Description

Work Schedule:

100% FTE 8 hour day shift Monday Through Friday no weekends or holidays. You will work at UW Health E State St. Clinic 1415 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening night and weekend shift differential

Overtime

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate degree with equivalent experience. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

4 years clinical experience in direct patient care. Required

Licenses & Certifications

Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
Bi-Annual BLS. Required
Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) designation. Preferred
