Electrical Maintenance Technician – PLC – 3rd Shift

Schedule: 3rd Shift MondayThursday 8:00 PM6:00 AM
Pay: $36.80$41.03/hour $3.25/hour shift differential
Sign-On Bonus: $5000

Overview

We are hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to support a stable high-volume manufacturing operation. This role focuses on PLC troubleshooting electrical systems and industrial equipment maintenance in a fast-paced environment with strong team support.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC electrical electronic hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Install test and maintain industrial controls wiring motors panels and conduit
• Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and diagrams
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic mechanical repairs
• Diagnose equipment issues and document work in a CMMS system
• Support minor circuit design and equipment upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree (AAS) 24 years of electro-mechanical experience
• Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems power distribution and controls
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Basic computer skills for CMMS and parts lookup

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing bending and manual work
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen background check and physical exam
