What Youll Do:

• Provide top-notch home care therapy under the supervision of an PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and mobility
• Keep simple digital therapy documentation (training included!)
• Be the best part of someones day!

Visit Expectations

• Full-time assistants typically complete 28 or more visits per week with most completing around 30
• Part-time: visit expectations are flexible; most part-time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week

Compensation

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $39 $55 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience qualifications and internal equity.

What Youll Need:

• Active IL PTA license in good standing
• BLS CPR certificate
• Reliable transportation
• Some tech comfortemail texting tablets (well train you up as needed)
