Job Summary

In this role you will act as a trusted adviser by proactively maintaining regular engagement with key client contacts to drive delivery value and build client relationships. This position helps to significantly contribute to overall customer satisfaction by ensuring their team members are properly coached and developed so they can properly respond to client requests issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role combines approximately 80% art localization work and 20% Team Lead duties and can vary based on business needs and work volumes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead inspire and motivate a team of Localization Production Artists to ensure operational and delivery excellence high employee satisfaction and service improvement
- Cultivate an environment of open 2-way communication and creativity to align with Blueprints values
- Ensure an efficient and high-quality response to client requests
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of company and client policies procedures and products
- Mentor and be available to direct reports as required
- Regular 1-on-1s with team members or as needed
- Facilitate regular team huddles with all direct reports
- Knowledge Sharing Contribute to and/or facilitate roundtables and team meetings as needed
- Ensure payroll accuracy through monitoring and approving team members ADP timecards
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality marketing requests within the Blueprint Localization Art Team
- Collaborate with all internal and external partners including Translation Team Leads Localization Engineers Translation Staff and Blueprint Localization as a whole to successfully deliver high quality content
- Represent the interests of the Art Team within the Blueprint Localization Leadership Team and Blueprint Localization as a whole
- Maintain awareness of developments within the design and art production industry with particular emphasis on internationalization relevant trends
- Develop and/or maintain awareness of trends in relevant industries including localization and gaming
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent often competing priorities while maintaining high quality standards and deliverables
Qualifications:
- Current individual contributor work experience on the Blueprint Localization Art Team
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a small team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Quality driven with diligent attention to detail
- Exceptional written verbal interpersonal organizational and relationship building skills
- Ability to interact with and drive collaboration and engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent often competing priorities while maintaining high quality standards and deliverables
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced multicultural environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data
- Proficient working within the Windows Operating System
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Cloud
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years prior experience in a leadership role and/or project management role
- Prior knowledge of collaboration tools i.e. MS Teams Confluence Slack and/or Trello
- Ability to convert business objectives into day-to-day delivery
Education & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a fast paced evolving environment
- Bachelors degree or higher preferred
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including without limitation skill sets education responsibilities experience and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographically based ranges for Washington state: $70000 $80000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
