Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experiencedConstruction / Skilled Trades StaffingRecruiterto join our team!

We are looking for recruiters with prior high-volume experience sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for roles within theconstruction industry(electricians welders plumbers carpenters etc.). For this role we arenotconsidering candidates with only on-demand manufacturing light industrial hospitality healthcare IT and/or tech staffing backgrounds.

This role is high-volume recruiting specific to skilled trades roles within the construction industry.

• Location:Rockledge FL
• Salary Range:$50000 (depending on experience)
• Incentive:$2500-$3500 in monthly incentives/commission
• Hours:40 hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing screening and interviewing
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards referrals social media and networking
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
• Accurately maintain candidate data employee files and compliance requirements
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines

Qualifications

• 2 years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles(we arenotconsidering those with primarily light industrial manufacturing hospitality healthcare IT tech etc. backgrounds)
• Strongsourcing skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
• Bilingual a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
