ABOUT COMPANY:

WHAT YOULL OWN:
- Facilitate internal training sessions across onboarding soft skills and company processes both in-person and virtual
- Partner with department heads to diagnose capability gaps and build targeted training plans
- Design high-quality training materials: presentations facilitator guides handbooks and scripts
- Own the full training lifecycle planning coordination delivery and post-session follow-up
- Analyze participant feedback and learning data to continuously sharpen content and delivery quality
- Help build a scalable training content library and standardize internal learning processes
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation across all programs
- Support new joiners pre-arrival: provide essential information before Day 1 and assist with logistics on their onboarding day
- Contribute to culture-building initiatives across the organization
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
- Degree in Human Resources Education Communications or a related discipline
- 5 years of hands-on experience in delivering training and developing internal learning content
- Confident facilitator with strong public speaking skills you own the room
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Slides Docs Sheets) and Canva for content creation
- Structured thinker who can organize complex information into clear compelling learning experiences
- Proactive collaborative and energized by helping others develop
- Advanced English communication skills able to train present and create materials entirely in English
